The attentive staff not only provided useful information about local attractions but also went above and beyond to ensure my elderly parents were comfortably accommodated, preparing the room with care and thoughtfulness. The room's impeccable decor, with textured paintings adorning the walls, created a truly romantic ambiance, perfect for a wedding escape. The complimentary ironing facilities and mini-bar added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Urartu's outstanding service, attention to detail, and exceptional amenities make it a standout choice for any traveler seeking a memorable and comfortable experience.
